Creator and Partner Responsibilities
These creator/client responsibilities are part of the LingoVivo Platform Terms and may be updated from time to time.
Approval-based onboarding
Creators, teachers, academies, schools, universities, and organizations request access or are approved by LingoVivo. Creator/client onboarding is separate from student checkout. Student checkout is for student course access.
Rights to materials
Creators/clients are responsible for having the rights, permissions, and authority needed for any content, names, logos, materials, audio, PDFs, student lists, or other information they submit or ask LingoVivo to use.
Program quality and conduct
Creators/clients must provide accurate program information, avoid misleading students, respect student privacy, and follow platform rules. LingoVivo may approve, reject, pause, or remove programs that violate policy, create risk, or harm the platform.
Revenue share and payouts
Payouts are manual unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Revenue share depends on the applicable creator/client arrangement. The default pilot model may be 70% creator/client share and 30% platform fee where applicable, but final commercial terms may vary by written agreement.
