This Current Privacy Policy explains how Metaverde, LLC collects, uses, and protects information for LingoVivo. This policy may be updated from time to time.
1. Who operates LingoVivo
Metaverde, LLC operates LingoVivo. When you use LingoVivo, contact us, create an account, buy course access, or participate in a creator/client program, you provide information to Metaverde, LLC through the LingoVivo platform.
2. Information we collect
We may collect account information, contact information, course/access activity, payment status and transaction metadata from payment providers, program attribution such as client/course/source/campaign, support messages, device/browser information, and other information you choose to provide.
3. How we use information
We use information to create and manage accounts, provide course access, route students to the correct program, process and verify payments, maintain security, provide support, send account/course/billing/platform/service notices, prepare enrollment and revenue-share reports, improve LingoVivo, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Email and notices
Metaverde, LLC may send account, course, billing, platform, and service notices electronically. We may also send updates and marketing messages where permitted by law. You can opt out of marketing emails, but service and account messages may still be sent when needed.
5. Payments
Payments are handled through payment providers such as Stripe. LingoVivo does not need to store full card numbers. We may receive payment status, amount, subscription, customer, and session information needed to verify access and maintain records.
6. Creators, clients, and revenue reports
If a student enters through a creator, academy, organization, or client program, LingoVivo may record the student, program, source, campaign, payment status, and revenue-share information so Metaverde, LLC can provide reporting and manual payout review.
7. Sharing information
We may share information with service providers that help operate LingoVivo, payment providers, approved creators/clients when needed for their program reporting, legal/compliance needs, and business operations. We do not sell protected student course activity as a standalone data product.
8. Data retention and security
We keep information as long as reasonably needed for accounts, course access, reporting, legal, security, and business purposes. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system is perfectly secure.
9. Your choices
You may contact LingoVivo to request help with account information, access, marketing opt-outs, or privacy questions. Some information may need to be retained for records, security, payment, tax, legal, or legitimate business purposes.
10. Children and students
LingoVivo is intended for appropriate student use. Schools, organizations, parents, or guardians may have additional requirements depending on the student and program. Contact LingoVivo before using the platform for students who require special consent or institutional arrangements.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes materially affect how we handle personal information, LingoVivo will provide notice where required or reasonable.
